To keep the rice texture firm in the finished dish, rinse the cold cooked rice and drain it well before adding it to the stir-fry. Oh, and if you lose your special cup, that cup holds ml worth of rice. Had to do a lot of trimming of the chicken thighs, and as it was the first time, a lot of back and forth and re-reading the directions. I did however, serve with some stir fried veggies and we ate everything in lettuce wraps. Probably why I keep making it every week!
